Salvador Torres, Jr. joined De Luna Partners in 2015 and covers the East Coast of the United States.  He is based in Washington, DC. Salvador’s experience includes over 15 years as an investment banker, advisor, and entrepreneur helping asset managers, governments, and corporations raise capital to meet their growth and development goals.
Salvador spent 12 years as an investment banker with Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley & Co.  He has managed financings that raised over $10 billion for water and power utilities, airports, transportation agencies, and other governmental projects. While at Barclays, he was responsible for engagements with community colleges and school districts, and he served as the lead banker for various large and complex municipalities, including the City of Los Angeles.  He began his career with Loop Capital Markets.  
Salvador currently also serves as an advisor to two start-up companies.
